Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. Your website is built in WordPress and Elementor Pro, so you can update text, images and pages without writing code. We can include a handover session.
What is included in the price?
Each package lists its page or product allowance and included features. Prices are starting prices, excluding domain registration, hosting and VAT where applicable. Your final quote confirms the full scope.
What affects the final cost of my website?
Your website’s final cost depends on the number of pages, design requirements, features and integrations. For online stores, the number of products and the setup required also influence the price. Our packages provide a starting point, and your personalised quote confirms the agreed scope and final cost before work begins.
Are hosting, domain registration and software licences included?
Our advertised package prices exclude domain registration, hosting and VAT where applicable. Any third-party subscriptions or software licences required for your project will be identified in your quote, along with any additional costs.
How much does an online store cost?
Our WooCommerce online store packages start from R9,900 for up to 50 products loaded, R17,500 for up to 250 products, and R24,500 for up to 1,000 products. These are once-off starting prices, excluding domain registration, hosting and VAT where applicable. Your final quote depends on your store’s requirements, including any custom features or integrations.
What happens if I need more pages or products?
We can quote for additional pages or recommend a package that better suits your project. For online stores, additional product loading costs R990 per 100 products, up to 200 products above your package allowance. Larger catalogues and custom requirements receive a tailored quote. These allowances refer to the products we load for you, rather than a fixed limit on your store’s capacity.
Do you work with businesses outside Mossel Bay?
Yes. We are based in Hartenbos, Mossel Bay, and work remotely with businesses across South Africa and internationally.
How are international projects quoted?
We work remotely with international businesses and prepare a personalised quote based on each project’s scope and requirements. The prices displayed on our website are in South African rand (ZAR). Please include your country and project details when enquiring so we can confirm the billing currency, payment arrangements and any applicable additional costs in your quote.
Can you improve my existing website?
Yes. We can review your existing website and recommend improvements to design, content, mobile usability, performance and search visibility.
What happens after launch?
You can manage the site yourself or choose ongoing support. Our care plan covers updates, backups, security monitoring and a monthly allowance for content edits.
